Система солверов

dispatchatlas.solve владеет метаданными солверов, выбором, построением расписаний, ремонтом, защитами производительности, семействами базовых линий, опциональными адаптерами, и семейством NDSO.

Пакет импортирует только dispatchatlas.core. Дымовые интеграционные тесты с бенчмарками живут в tests/solve/, поэтому пакет времени-выполнения не зависит от конкретных генераторов бенчмарков.

Исполняемый пример: examples/compare_solvers.py планирует когорту солверов параллельно и якорит её доказанным точным оптимумом.

Реестр

SolverRegistry хранит безсостоянийные фабрики солверов с богатыми метаданными:

  • метки способностей, такие как capacity-aware, precedence-aware, repair, local-search, и ndso
  • поддерживаемые цели, такие как makespan, energy, и cost
  • объявленные ограничения, выраженные через метки способностей
  • критерии остановки по умолчанию
  • детерминированное или семя-стохастическое поведение воспроизведения
  • кодировка решения (permutation, mapping, assignment, или native)
  • объявления опциональных зависимостей и раскрытие коммерческого-бэкенда

Каждое именованное семейство солвера несёт цитату, которая проваливается закрыто: семейство с каноническим основополагающим истоком, опускающее свою ссылку, не может быть построено, а семейство без единого канонического истока записывает причину вместо фабрикации.

Меж-Роевой совет

Вариант ndso-summit — композиция качества: он запускает несколько роёв параллельно и координирует их через один совет. Каждый рой компонует ядровые механизмы над своей собственной популяцией; Меж-Роевой совет держит эти рои работающими как один поиск, а не несколько изолированных запусков, и синтезирует их результаты в единую всеобъемлющую элиту — расписание, за которым стоит весь саммит. Совет — это то, что различает вариант с первого взгляда: ndso-core и ndso-fast каждый ищут с одной популяцией, тогда как ndso-summit — композиция, построенная для координированного много-роевого поиска.

Координационное поведение совета и по-роевые диагностики конфигурируемы, и каждое расписание, которое оно производит, остаётся выполнимым по построению.

Карта абляции

Карта абляции перечисляет одну изолирующую конфигурацию на именованный механизм, чтобы нисходящий анализ мог атрибутировать вклад каждого механизма. Внутри-роевые записи каждая отключают один ядровой переключатель — Матрицу доверия, Доверие-взвешенное голосование, расписание Количества, расписание Качества, структуру много-источникового руководства, источник-ровесник, источник исчезнувшего-знания, и адаптивный коэффициент. Координационные записи каждая отключают один параметр совета — Внутри- против Меж-Роевой координации, и всеобъемлющий синтез. Каждая запись объявляет нижний-предел счёта-запусков, при котором слой анализа сэмплирует своё сравнение, и именует статистические тесты, которые этот слой применяет (парный непараметрический тест значимости, пост-хок среднего-ранга Friedman с поправкой множественного-сравнения Holm, и размер-эффекта Cliff-delta). Сэмплированное сравнение материализуется нисходящим экспериментальным движком; внутри-процессный runner доказывает, что каждая изоляция выполнима.

Поэтапный фильтр экспорта управляет тем, какие механизмы область отчёта может обнажить: базовая область обнажает только основополагающие механизмы, и fail-closed гейт поднимает, вместо того чтобы протечь более-быстрый или более-высокого-качества механизм под базовой областью, поэтому основополагающая и быстрая области не могут обнажить только-совет механизмы. Диагностики сходимости — разнообразие популяции, энтропия Матрицы-доверия, отношение исследования, ресурсная нагрузка, тайминг, и след улучшения — опциональны и не добавляют накладных расходов при отключении, и совет экспортирует JSON манифест, который слой анализа поглощает, не импортируя никакой тип солвера.

Точные адаптеры

Точные адаптеры принимают одну из двух форм. Адаптеры опционального-бэкенда объявляют опциональную зависимость и проверяют её корень импорта во время выполнения; если бэкенд отсутствует, они поднимают MissingOptionalDependencyError с именем extra, назначением, коммерческим флагом, и заметкой о лицензировании, вместо того чтобы импортировать тяжеловесную зависимость во время импорта пакета. Адаптеры родно-ограниченные не несут сторонней зависимости и решают малые инстансы точно собственным ограниченным поиском — перечисляя выполнимые-по-предшествованию порядки в одном случае и ветвями и границами по диаграмме решений в другом — поднимая UnsupportedCapabilityError, когда инстанс превышает поддерживаемый счёт задач.

Слой выбора и обучения

Слой выбора ранжирует солверы для проблемы, никогда не утверждая глобально лучший солвер. Он потребляет запись SelectionFeaturesdifficulty, heterogeneity, objective_conflict, uncertainty, dynamism, и solver_sensitivity — и публичные метаданные солвера, и возвращает ранжированные строки SolverRecommendation. Каждая рекомендация несёт RecommendationSource (metadata или learned-model), ConfidenceLabel, и явные заметки ограничения, поэтому рекомендацию метаданных никогда не путают с выученной.

FEATURE_ORIGIN прослеживает каждый признак до метрики характеризации бенчмарка, которую он читает; потребитель отображает метрики характеризации dispatchatlas.bench в контракт признаков, поэтому dispatchatlas.solve всё ещё импортирует только dispatchatlas.core. Отгружаются два селектора: RuleBasedSelector ранжирует только из объявленных способностей и характеризации (рекомендация метаданных), а SupervisedSelector ранжирует из размеченного корпуса детерминированной моделью взвешенного-по-расстоянию ближайшего-соседа (рекомендация выученной-модели).

Контролируемый селектор сообщает отложенную обобщаемость, никогда не подгонку обучения. Протокол перекрёстной-валидации разделяет размеченный корпус так, чтобы никакой инстанс, никакое семейство бенчмарков, и никакая запись характеризации не появлялись в обоих разделах обучения и теста (partition_by_families, leave_one_family_out, leakage_report), обучается на оставшихся семействах, и оценивает отложенное семейство (held_out_generalization, cross_validate). Его доверие поднимается выше только-метаданных лишь когда свободная-от-утечки отложенная оценка его поддерживает.

learning_interface_catalog() регистрирует семь именованных обучающих и гибридных интерфейсов — контролируемый выбор алгоритма, суррогат-ассистированный поиск, крючки обучения-с-подкреплением, гипер-эвристики, ремонт, направляемый-политикой, выученная инициализация, и только-бенчмарк базовая линия. Каждый объявляет LearningEvidencePolicy (обучающие данные, контроли утечки, воспроизводимость, класс доказательства, право-на-ярус- доказательства). Два реализованы здесь; остальные пять — зарегистрированные отложенные интерфейсы, чья реализация обусловлена сравнительными кампаниями, производящими обучающие данные. Тяжёлые бэкенды-оценщики остаются за опциональным extra learning и зондируются по корню импорта, никогда не импортируются во время импорта пакета; отсутствие поднимает MissingOptionalDependencyError, тогда как детерминированный откат остаётся доступным.

Защиты производительности

Пакетное оценивание явно через BatchScoringProfile. Текущее ядро использует откат стандартной-библиотеки и записывает этот откат в диагностики. Это держит API готовым к векторизованным или ускоренным ядрам, сохраняя протестированный, переносимый путь.
